Yasmany Armas, PhD candidate at Polytechnic University of Marche, Department of Clinical Sciences, Ancona. In Juny 2018 he got the Bachelor’s degree in Food Science at University of Havana and in 2018 he obtained a Master Degree in Food Engineering at Jose Antonio Echeverria Technological University of Havana. He worked as Head of Chemistry Laboratory for six years. In addition, he spent one and half year at Nanjing Agricultural University, Glycomics and Glycan Bioengineering Research Center, China.
