Zexiu Qi is a doctoral student from 2022 in biomedical sciences at the Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy); Master in Food Engineering at Jiangsu University (ZhenJiang, China); Internship in Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (Shenzhen, China). In master thesis she studied the anti-obesity activity of chondroitin sulfate in high-fat diet-induced obese mice. During internship period, she explored the role of permethrin in regulating obesity in mice through intestinal flora through fecal transplantation model.
