PhD student at Polytechnic University of Marche, medical Department, Ancona. In 2022, she got the Master’s Degree in Food Engineering at Jiangsu University (Zhenjiang, China), with a thesis about the anti-diabetes effects of sturgeon-derived peptides. In 2023, she had a chance to study at Universidad Europea del Atlàntico (Santander, Spain), from September to December.
